- Pick the period: 6 months, 1 year or 5 years.
- Complete the Self Exclusion application form that PAGCOR links on its exclusion page.
- Attach a photocopy of a government-issued photo ID and two 2x2 colour photos taken within the last 6 months, full face and without hat, glasses or mask.
- Send the set to

- Delete saved logins and bookmarks, and tell someone you trust the date your exclusion ends.
The 10JILI Lobby Route
The lobby prints no self-exclusion tool. Its support route is Live Chat, and its Contact page says the service is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Use it to ask for the account to be closed or limited, and write the request in plain words so the reply is clear.
