You will find no inbox, no hotline and no form here, since nobody sits behind any of them to reply. That is better than printing an address that goes nowhere and leaves you waiting for a reply that never comes.
Account, Deposit and Withdrawal Questions
All of these belong to the lobby. The 10JILI lobby offers Live Chat in its top bar and side rail, and its Contact page says the service is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Open Live Chat for any of the following:
- A deposit that has not arrived.
- A withdrawal that is pending or refused.
- A forgotten password or a blocked login.
- A promotion you want applied before a game starts.
- A request to close or limit your account.
Take a screenshot of the chat before you close it, so you have a record of what you were told, the time it was said and the name the agent gave.
What This Site Cannot Do
This site is a player-side reference and not the operator. It cannot see your account, reverse a payment, speed up a withdrawal, restore a password or change a limit. It holds no accounts and no deposits. A message to this site about any of those could not be acted on, so do not send one, and do not accept help from anyone online who claims to act for the lobby in exchange for a fee.
